I have been using DVDFab for over 4 years and they are simply the best. Whenever there is a glitch they update the system quickly and the problem is resolved. I definitely recommend to everyone.

I have had this program for a year or 2 and have thought about doing a review several times. I actually bought DVDFab7 and then DVDFab8 came out and I was upgraded to the new program for free. Tremendous support for the product. It seems like when I run into a problem, they already have an update which fixes my problem. I just check online and download the program again and it installs the update. Simple and works great. This will be a somewhat lengthy review. I bought the program because we would buy expensive dvd's and the kids would ruin them. So I copy the originals and put them away so they don't get screwed up. Then if someone ruins one of the copies, I am only out 25 cents. I don't copy rentals or dvd's that we haven't bought and I told people I am not going to do that. I only bought the DVD copy portion for now because we are just now getting some BlueRay players. I am going to buy the BlueRay copy next. I bought the never expire license. But a word of caution. When you buy the program (whatever you are going to buy) Copy and Paste the codes into a notepad document so you have it later if need be. I had a Windows7 Update screw things up and the security codes got erased somehow. Luckily I had the email from DVDFab and copied and pasted it back into the boxes to activate the program. Otherwise I would have had to call customer support. Finally, I use the customize option which puts the movie and menus, close caption, and a couple other things into the disc because I use DVD5 discs. If you have DVD9's you can copy full disc but they cost about $1 apiece where the DVD5's are about 25 cents. With the customize you can add in some of the extras or leave them out. Pick what you want. Usually I try to not go below 70% in the reduction of the movie to fit on a DVD5 from a DVD9. I can say more but this is a great program and I can google if I have a problem and usually find an answer.Also I get emails from DVDFab which tell me some of the latest programs and upddates
