I think I tried the product once during a trial 2 years ago during version 7 and that prevented me from trying version 9 and I needed to convert a file. Given my past experience with this company was favorable, I didn't think I'd have any problems with version 9 and did the ultimate package.
Unfortunately the converter didn't work. The interface is damn near clunky as the company has gone for a web-type of interface and given up on application development standard IMHO. I tried to cancel and I have NEVER used the applications other than my core.
To date they are trying to force me to accept that their product works when it does not...and NO, I'm not going to debug your software for you. It either works and a charge is valid or it doesn't work and I get a refund.
The whole convert process is quite simple. Add files to the to-do list and then configure the conversion options to suit your needs (target format, codec, resolution, frame rate and so on). Files will be processed one by one and conveniently saved in the folder we've previously set.
Support for multiple formats
With DVDFab Video Converter you can convert basically any audio and video file you can think of, in a quite easy process that involves very little effort.
